Is the service free?
Generally, it's available for free. However, with the free plan, there are some limitations on available features.
What are the differences between the Free Plan and the Premium Plan?
The main differences are as follows:

Can you tell me about the free trial period for the Premium Plan?
When you install the app, there is a 14-day free trial period for the Premium Plan.
  • After the trial period for the 'Premium Plan' ends, it will automatically switch to the 'Free Plan.
Is it possible to cancel the Premium Plan midway?
You can cancel at any time. Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month or every year based on the date of your purchase.
  • Managing and canceling the iroai Premium Plan can be done through the settings of the App Store or Google Play Store.
Please tell me how to cancel the Premium Plan.
Below, we have outlined the cancellation procedures for iOS and Android. Please be aware that simply uninstalling the app from your device will not cancel the Premium Plan.
  • The cancellation procedures may change due to operating system updates and changes in iOS and Android specifications. We kindly request that you verify the latest information.

<iOS>

  1. Launch the 'App Store' app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on 'Subscriptions.'
  4. Tap 'Cancel Subscription' for the 'iroai' subscription you purchased to cancel.

<Android>

  1. Launch the 'Google Play Store' app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on 'Payment and subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions.'
  4. Select 'iroai.'
  5. Tap 'Cancel subscription' to cancel.
Can I change the payment method for the Premium Plan?
The payment method associated with your Apple ID or Google Account will be applied. Please follow the procedures specified by the App Store or Google Play Store for any changes or verifications.
Is it possible to remove the displayed advertisements?
When you subscribe to the Premium Plan (Monthly or Annual Pass), advertisements will be hidden.
Please provide the backup procedure for your data.
If you need to back up your data due to a device change or other reasons, please use the backup feature.
  • It is possible. However, depending on the OS version and the devices used, there may be compatibility issues, and data restoration from backup files may not be feasible. Please be aware of this in advance.

Backup Procedure:

  1. Tap 'Backup/Restore' from within the iroai app's 'Settings' on the device where you are using iroai.
  2. Tap the 'Create Backup File' button.
  3. Save 'backup.iroai' to a location of your choice, such as iCloud, Google Drive, or other storage options.

Restoration Procedure:

  1. Download the iroai app on the device where you want to restore iroai data.
  2. Tap 'Backup/Restore' within the iroai app's 'Settings'.
  3. Tap the 'backup.iroai' file saved in the location of your choice (such as iCloud, Google Drive, or other storage options).
  4. When the 'Confirmation' screen appears, review the contents, and if everything looks good, tap 'Yes'.
  5. Restart the app and confirm whether the data has been successfully restored.
Is it possible to transfer data from an iOS to an Android device or from an Android device to an iOS?
It is possible. However, depending on the OS version and the devices used, there may be compatibility issues, and data restoration from backup files may not be feasible. Please be aware of this in advance.
Is it possible to use it in web browsers (such as Safari or Google Chrome)?
At the moment, it is only available through the iOS or Android app.
Please provide the supported OS versions.
We support the following OS versions:

iOS: 15.0 and later
Android: 9.0 and later
(as of January 1, 2023)

Is it possible to share and use it on multiple devices?
It is not possible to share or synchronize data between devices.
Where is the data stored?
It is stored on your own device. However, if you create a backup file, it will be uploaded to the cloud environment of your choice.
